Following retainer payment confirmation, the project specialist assigned to your account will schedule an onboarding call to discuss your needs, timeline, budget, and any additional information that will help us assist in making your project a success.
The project specialist will determine which other MiningStore team members need to be involved in order to help set up and run your mining operation and what tasks can help you maximize mining profitability.
You’ll receive an email at the end of every week detailing items worked on and time spent, the remaining budget on your retainer after billable hours, and any outstanding items to be worked on in the week(s) ahead.
