MiningStore is excited to support, staff, and maintain your Mining Facility. Over the past 4 years, the MiningStore team has constructed multiple ASIC and GPU mining facilities, from a 5.4 MW building in Iowa, to large scale GPU facilities in North Carolina.

With MiningStore Remote Hands, you have access to our most experienced mining experts and our well-established system of mining tools, software, and operational procedures. Our purchasing department will use their proprietary machine supplier relationships to provide meet it or beat it price quotes for your machine purchases. 

Remote Hands allows you to leverage our expertise in the mining space to monitor, support, and optimize your mining servers no matter where your machines are running.

The Remote Hands program is available in three tiers. Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

The Bronze Tier is for someone looking to get started in the Bitcoin Mining space.

The upfront retainer is $1,000. This tier is the easiest way to get started with the MiningStore team.

Bronze Tier

The Silver Tier is for someone with a small mining operation who’s looking for daily access to MiningStore’s knowledge and processes.

With MiningStore’s Silver Tier, we will manage the facility for you remotely with the option to have a technician visit the site twice per month

This tier is priced at a retainer of USD $2,500 and a recurring monthly fee of USD $2,500 up to 5MW. Anything above 5MW would require Gold Tier.

Silver Tier Includes

Setup of a mining monitoring system to manage and maintain all miners at the facility at USD $0.75 (seventy five cents) per miner per month

Assistance with setting up on-call schedules to ensure that the site is staffed appropriately

Determine SLAs for technicians based on-site capacity and hardware efficiency

Provide remote technician training and access to relevant documentation

Assistance setting up a document repository for training, site-specific information, and ongoing machine troubleshooting

Problem management services to identify trends and prevent issues before they occur, to continually improve the quality, stability, and profitability of your mining operation.

Software and hardware monitoring tools that send their alerts into the incident ticketing system to quickly assign and track issues

Crisis management services to quickly communicate/mitigate issues.

Communication process & alerts when a crisis happens

Feeds into problem management & root cause analysis

Configuration & Asset Management software tools to centralize and update your mining configurations across hundreds/thousands of mining servers simultaneously.

Reporting and metrics around uptime. Requests, incidents, changes, problems (and more) that integrate into customer billing/accounting systems and management reports.

 

Silver Tier

The Gold Tier is for someone looking for full site selection, development, electrical purchase agreement, site deployment, at-cost machine and infrastructure procurement, and on-going hands management.

Priced with a retainer of USD $12,500 and a recurring monthly fee of USD $12,000 per 5MWs with a contract length of no less than 6-months.

Silver Tier Includes

Gold Tier

The Process

After you have confirmed the tier that you will need to complete your project, an agreement will need to be signed and an invoice will be sent with the initial retainer amount.

Following confirmation of funds received in the account, the project specialist assigned to your account will reach out to schedule an initial onboarding call where we will discuss your needs, timeline, budget and any additional items that will be necessary to assist in completing your project.

Following this onboarding call the project specialist will determine the members of our team that need to be involved in order to provide answers and recommendations for the specifics of your project.

At the end of every week you will receive an email which details out the items worked on and time spent, the amount of budget remaining on your retainer after billable hours and any outstanding items that need to be followed up on in the forthcoming weeks.
